Introducing Martin, a complex man in a challenging situation - see below;
- Diagnoses of : ASD, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD and ODD
- Currently Living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) Accommodation
- Significant behaviors of concern (BOC) ; Physical aggression, indecent exposure
- SIL staff cannot manage Martin's behaviors, are scared to engage with him, and Martin is a risk to fellow residents
- Martin is a new participant for his support coordinator, transitioning from a different company with poor documentation and no handover.
