To Our Valued Referrers,
May 2025 already, where is the time going! I hope you are all well. Thank you for taking the time to read this important letter about our service.
You’ve probably noticed that we have released some massive updates to our assessments recently including:
- Totally revised Functional Capacity Report
- Specialised Paediatric and Psychosocial Functional Capacity Reports
- Market-leading Home & Living reports including our proprietary H&L decision making framework – presenting clinical evidence directly against NDIS legislation & guidelines
- The Support Coordinator Report Deck
Following these big improvements, we have delivered some fantastic outcomes for your participants, for example securing the below 1 year plan for a 18-year-old participant with ASD(level 2) and PTSD, living at home with his mum. The participants goals were predominately higher level around increasing independent living skills, social skills and employment capacity. As such the below funded supports are for core and capacity building. This plan did not include capital supports or a Home & living ILO/SIL response. We hope you can agree this is a fantastic outcome.🙌

However, we want to do even more for you and the participants we support. Our next focus is our ongoing therapy service, improving progress tracking and demonstrating this to the NDIA, improving participant and family engagement with live goal and progress dashboards. Most importantly continuing to grow our practice with only the highest quality therapists, bringing you capacity and quality in equal measure.
With inflationary pressures and tight recruitment markets, the only way we can continue to deliver a high quality, effective service, and these new initiatives, is to implement a corresponding increase to our pricing.
We demand to be best in marketplace, for us to do this, we must continually invest.

This change to our pricing will be effective immediately, support coordinators and participants new to our organisation have already transitioned to this new pricing schedule.
We value the long-term support of you, our close referrers and the positive word-of-mouth you have spread about our services, we really appreciate it. As such, we are implementing a transition period until July 1st 2025 for our active referrers.
What does this mean?
All referrals made from today till July 1 will remain on existing pricing as an appreciation of your support and loyalty. This transition period will apply for date of referral, not date of appointment. For example, a referral made today but not scheduled to occur until August, will remain on the legacy pricing schedule.
If you would like to secure some of these legacy pricing slots for your participants, either for assessment or ongoing OT, be sure to act fast. Refer now to secure the last few slots before July!
